Its functionality encompasses tracking multiple aspects such as rental properties, tenants, financial transactions, to-do lists, and reminders, all consolidated within a single user interface. This comprehensive approach aims to streamline property management tasks effectively.

As a cloud-based solution, AqarJee ensures that user data is securely stored on personal accounts, granting access from any device at any location. The system facilitates real-time notifications and alerts regarding payment deadlines, lease expiration dates, and other pertinent updates. It is available free of charge and imposes no restrictions on the number of managed units.

Version 1.0 of AqarJee introduces several key features:

• Registration: Users can create personalized accounts using essential information.
• Properties Management:
  • Create building profiles complete with images, names, types, country, city, district, and number of floors.
  • Add individual units within each building, specifying images, floor levels, types, unit numbers, lease durations, rent amounts, and amenities such as central air conditioning or central gas.
• Tenants: Records include tenant names, identification details, photographs, nationality, contact numbers, email addresses, and occupancy specifics.
• Rental Contracts: Facilitate contract creation between units and tenants, structured into three components:
  • Contract Duration: Specifies period, recurrence frequency, calendar type, start and end dates.
  • Payment Details: Includes rent amount, payment schedule, and security deposits.
  • Additional Terms: Covers auto-renewal options and remarks.
• Reminders and Notifications: The system emphasizes the importance of tracking deadlines and dues by providing notifications for rent due dates and lease expirations. Alerts are delivered via push notifications or viewable on the dashboard.
• Dashboard Interface: Offers two visual modes:
  • Calendar View: Displays scheduled collections with visual indicators and an overview table of amounts.
  • Monthly View: Summarizes dues—collected and outstanding—along with upcoming payments for the next month. Includes a status report on total units, rented versus vacant units.
